Norra Metals Reports AGM Results

Vancouver, British Columbia – January 10, 2022 – Norra Metals Corp. (“Norra” or the “Company”) (TSXV: NORA) (Frankfurt:1KO) (OTC: NRRMF), has released the results of its annual general meeting (AGM), held on Dec. 22, 2021. According to the meeting Scrutineers report, 9 shareholders were represented at the meeting, in person or by proxy, representing 24,703,086 common shares or 28.30 per cent of the 87,300,558 common shares outstanding on the Nov. 12, 2021, record date for the meeting.

All resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved with over 99 per cent of votes cast being in favour of each resolution (see the SEDAR filing of the company’s information circular, dated Nov. 12, 2021). As a result:

Davidson & Company LLP was reappointed as the auditor of the company;
The number of directors was set at four with the following nominees elected as directors: Mike Devji, Cyrus Driver, Tag Gill, and Jeet Basi;
The company’s stock option plan was reapproved.

Mike Devji stated, “We want to thank all our shareholders for their continued support as we prepare for what will be an exciting year ahead of us in 2022 in advancing our flagship Bleikvassli past producing mine project and the high-grade Meraker project in Norway.”
